Pay 50% Deposit
Lock in your date by placing a 50% initial deposit online. The remaining balance is conveniently due 14 days prior to your event date.

What is the maximum guest and seating capacity?
Our versatile spaces comfortably host up to 30 guests in a theatre setup, 20 guests in workshop or classroom configurations, and up to 30 guests for cocktail and networking celebrations. Layouts can be fully customised to match your event goals.
What AV equipment and room amenities are included?
Every hire includes high-speed enterprise Wi-Fi, 4K digital display monitor , wireless handheld and lapel microphones and all necessary connection adaptors.
Can we bring our own catering or use preferred vendors?
Yes. You are welcome to partner with our curated list of gourmet catering suppliers or bring your own licensed catering team. We offer a dedicated prep galley with refrigeration, wash basin, and staging counters.
What are the available booking hours and access times?
Standard full-day bookings run from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with half-day slots and evening extensions available upon request. Event organisers are granted complimentary 30-minute bump-in and bump-out access windows.
How do deposits and payment schedules work?
A 50% deposit secures your chosen date upon booking confirmation. The remaining balance is due 3 business days prior to your event. Flexible payment options include direct bank transfer and major credit cards.
